This Session - Part 1 of 4 - Wellness And Self Care For Parents And Caregivers
This hour is geared towards parents and caregivers of people on the autism spectrum. We will spend some together discussing the importance of structure and connection during this time. We will look at ways we can shift some expectations we have of ourselves as parents and caregivers and practice some practical and fun strategies to find moments of mindfulness throughout these busy and sometimes unpredictable days.
