This Session - Part 4 of 4 – Wellness And Self Care For Siblings Of People On The Autism Spectrum
This hour is geared towards siblings of those on the autism spectrum. We will spend the hour together discussing the importance of structure and routine and the importance of remaining connected to friends. We will find some creative ways to continue connection with others. Sometimes our thoughts can be helpful and sometimes they can cause us more stress and anxiety. We will find ways to replace unhelpful thoughts with helpful ones. And we will talk about fun and helpful things you can do if you are feeling moments of stress or sadness about missing your friends or missing school.
