This hour is directed towards adults on the autism spectrum. We will spend the hour together discussing ways to create and implement structure and routine. We will look at was some of our automatic thoughts can be causing increased stress and develop some basic strategies to identify when this happens and begin to refocus and shift our thinking. We will find some practical and creative ways to use the power of visualization to bring moments of calm and enjoyment to our days.
