OPEN PROVINCE-WIDE-Virtual - Martial Arts
Registration opens April 25 @ 12:00 p.m.
Join the Brampton Academy of Martial Arts for this 6-week program where students aged 7-14 will learn the basics of Karate, balance and coordination drills all while in an inclusive environment.
This is a program for autistic individuals who are able to follow group instructions independently.
Outcomes:
- learn basic Karate blocks, strikes and kicks
- gain fitness through warm ups that include jumping jacks, hopping, stretching and range of motion drills
- learn how to develop focus and self-control through their breath and moving meditation (tai chi)

Registration: $3.00/person. Once registered and paid, refunds will not be issued.
Please register for this event, as spaces are limited. This event is open for registration to autistic children, autistic adults, and their siblings.
Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can share those tickets with other families.
