Toronto Region – Caregiver Relaxation Program

** Registration opens April 19, 2024 12pm**

Autism Ontario partners with the Spiral Movement Centre to bring Caregivers a 6-session, relaxation program. 

Take the time to care for yourself and reconnect with your mind and body in this introductory class on relaxation, inner awareness, bodymind connection, and restorative movement.

Program Location: Spiral Movement Center, 489 King St E, Toronto, ON M5A 1L9

Registration cost: $30 

Once registered and paid, refunds will not be issued.  

Dates and time: Saturdays 7-8:30pm May 11, 18, 25, June 1, 8, 15
