Provincial - Caregiver Class

Calling all caregivers. Join us for a virtual Pound Class with Brittany, where we’ll work out to music and release some stress.
Pound is a full-body workout designed for everyBODY. We will work on legs, arms, and core, all while hitting some big cardio peaks. The music is there to keep the energy up and the party going. It is all about moving, singing, rocking, and sweating. Pound is the best way to release stress and show the world your inner rockstar!
So grab your yoga mat and drumsticks (wooden spoons or dowels will work, too) and join us for a fun night! Please register for this event, as spaces are limited.
To participate in this event, you will need to be able to access the ZOOM platform; a link will be emailed to all registered participants the day before the event.
