This questionairre is intended to assist individuals, companies and community groups in determining the feasibility of undertaking a Third-Party Fundraiser. It also gives Autism Ontario a sense of how we can best support your initiative, whether it be a funding drive or a physical event. Please ensure that you have reviewed Autism Ontario's Third Party Guidelines prior to completing the Third-Party Fundraiser Registration Form, below.

Please note, we expect that these figures are an estimate. Please use your best judgment with your expected budget. Autism Ontario does not subsidize any expenses for Third-Party Fundraisers and organizers must assume all costs.

Autism Ontario must approve all promotional materials and use of the Autism Ontario logo.
