Eleanor Ritchie Education Scholarship

Autism Ontario is pleased to offer the Eleanor Ritchie Post-Secondary Scholarship to students on the autism spectrum. This award is named after Eleanor Ritchie, a long-standing member of Autism Ontario, in recognition of her dedication and support for individuals with ASD.

This annual award is in recognition of the achievements of students on the autism spectrum. Each award is for a total of $500. To qualify, the student applicant with ASD must currently live in Ontario and be accepted to attend their first year in any level of a postsecondary institution (e.g. college program including apprenticeships, university, graduate) in Canada. The successful candidate will receive their award after Autism Ontario receives proof of registration in first year of a post-secondary institution.

NOTE: Students may apply as often as they wish as long as they are entering the first year of a post-secondary program and you can only be an Autism Ontario scholarship recipient once.

We encourage and thank everyone for their application. Please note that there are a limited number of scholarships available.
