North Region - Thunder Bay - Countdown Escape Rooms

Join Autism Ontario and Countdown Escape Rooms for a March Break family event! 

“Countdown Escape Rooms is a live interactive game, and the top form of entertainment in Thunder Bay. We have a series of rooms each with a different theme. Our rooms are all original designs, painstakingly hand crafted and put together by staff. Locally owned and operated. To play the game you must solve a series of puzzles and clues to open locks. Once opened you get to move on until you finally solve the mystery of the room.”

There are 5 rooms available and families MUST e-mail ariana.mclean@autismontario.com to reserve a room following their registration; first come first served. 

The Will: 

Mrs. Winchester and her cats have been with us since the beginning! We were proud to open Countdown with "The Will" being our very first room available to the public. On November 11, 2017 we said goodbye to Mrs. Winchester and packed her away. For just a few months, starting in May 1st 2019, The Will will be available for bookings again! Call now to reserve your spot before it's gone again. Mrs. Winchester is looking for an Heir to her fortune but will only give it to those that are worthy. She will take you on a journey of her life and see if you have what it take to win her fortune.
Players 4-8 people
Ages 10 and under require an adult in the room in order to play.

The Cabin: 

Your car breaks down on the side of the road, your phone is dead their is only one thing you can do... Search for help. You find yourself in the middle of the woods until you hear a sound. You look ahead seeing a tall burly mountain man standing over top of a dead body. You don't want to be anywhere near this Mountain Man as you run to the closest building you can find which is indeed "The Cabin" inside the Cabin you and your team will have to solves multiple puzzles to escape from the Mountain Man's grasp but believe us when we say it's not so easy trying to solve these puzzles in the dark and with the Mountain Man hot on your trail do you have what it takes to escape The Cabin in 60 Minutes.

Survive the Night: 

Our newest room which premiered at Thundercon 2018. This is a prequel to The Cabin where we go back in time to tell the story of the "Missing Campers". Our brave students out on a field trip go missing. Their friend arrives the next day to a cold fire and no one around. Soon you too you are in a fight for your life. Find out what happened to your friends and get help to be able to say you survived the night.

Sabotage: 

Sabotage... The Battle of Good vs Evil has begun. Choose which side you will be on. Our minions of evil work to replicate Dr. Evil's formula and poison the worlds water supply turning the human Race into mindless zombies. Meanwhile, Our Minions of good work to defeat Evil in time but restarting the safety system that has been disabled. The world is depending on you.
Ages 11 and up (10 and under require an adult)
2-3 people will pick a side; 4 or 8 people will challenge each other.
