Toronto - Family Swim Hour (January)
*** Registration opens Monday January 9, 2023 @ 10AM ***

Come and join Autism Ontario for a fun filled morning of swimming at University Settlement!
Families will get the pool to themselves for 1 hour and have a chance to swim and meet other families. Families will also have access to their pool noodles and flutter boards, as well as toys that they have at the facility.
Please note that this is NOT a swim lesson. Adults MUST accompany and assist their children in and out of the pool.
Limited life jackets will be available for use, please bring your own if you have one.
!!! An adult must always be at arms length of their child at all times in the water with a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children !!!
All children under 6 years old will be required to wear a life jacket. Children over the age of 7 who pass the deep-end test with the lifeguards will not have to wear a life jacket. Those that fail the test will be required to wear a lifejacket while in the deep end.
All participants must follow the pool rules and regulations at University Settlement.
Please read the pool rules and deep-end test requirements before attending the event here (scroll down and you will find them under pool policies): https://universitysettlement.ca/fitness-and-recreation/swimming-and-aquatics/
