Provincial - Virtual Adult Cooking Program (ages 18+)

Adults with ASD across Ontario are invited to join our 8-week cooking program led by Chef Anthony Go, a graduate of George Brown Chef School and an autistic adult.

Cooking is a critical life skill which we hope you can learn through this program! Learning to cook allows for more independence, confidence and can save money too. We hope you can invite families and friends for a meal to share social time together.

For safety reasons, caregivers are required to always be present participants during the sessions.

Each week will feature a new recipe! Once the recipes and ingredients are shared, Chef Anthony will be able to assist participants with questions about dietary restrictions.

PLEASE NOTE: participants are responsible for purchasing their own ingredients BEFORE the weekly cooking session.

Registration Fee: $5.00

Time: Tuesdays from 5:30 - 6:30 pm
