Teen Employment Workshop
**Registration Opens June 23, 2020 at 5pm**
Are you between 15 and 19 years old and looking for summer work but are not sure where to get started?
Autism Ontario and the Redpath Centre are partnering to offer a two part series and a one-on-one session with a focus on:
- Understanding your personality preferences through the Myers Briggs Assessment Tool to help with long-term career planning
- Understanding if/how to share about your differences
- How to set goals, developing individual SMART goals
- And how to focus your employment related efforts and energies in our evolving world
About the Facilitator: Sarah Southey is a Social Worker (M.S.W) with over 12 year experience in helping youth and adults with ASD, ADHD, learning disabilities and mental health issues find and keep meaningful work
Notes:
Dates - July 8 and 15, 2020
Time: 12-1:15pm
Then a scheduled individual session.
Location is Virtual, must have reliable access to internet.
*Participants must be able to read at Grade 9 level to interpret materials. Individuals may be able to participate independently (ratio of 1:5/6 facilitators/participant)
