Attend this drop-in session to get assistance!
Remember to bring your child’s OAP Childhood Budget or interim one-time funding letter if you have received either.
New diagnosis or not registered with the OAP?
Register with the OAP online. Bring an electronic copy (on USB or e-mail) of your child’s diagnosis letter as well as birth certificate/passport and a valid Ontario photo card.
