Toronto – Autistic Adults Comedy Improv Program (18+)
** Registration opens March 2nd, 2026 12pm**

Join Autism Ontario and Improv4Health for a 5-week Comedy Improv program.
Comedy improvisation helps to get you out of your head and into your body. Improv also allows you to express
yourself in a creative and energizing way. You do not need any experience, have to be outgoing, or have a background in acting to enjoy improv. There is no need to be “funny” or create preset material. The goal is to get out of your head and into your body.
Once we can tap into our silly selves, we are able to develop more confidence, feel connected to those around us and see our lives through a lens of openness and nonjudgement.
