North - Sudbury - All Abilities Dance Classes (ages 6-17))

**Registration opens on December 19th 2025 at 12PM**

Autism Ontario and DanceFit Studio are thrilled to offer an All Abilities Dance multi-week Program for children and youth! The All Abilities class is designed to be inclusive and accessible, which makes it perfect for all skill levels and ages (6-17 years). 

Week 1: Tuesday, February 17^th from 6:00PM-7:00PM

Week 2: Tuesday, February 24^th from 6:00PM-7:00PM

Week 3: Tuesday, March 3rd from 6:00PM-7:00PM

Week 4: Tuesday, March 10th from 6:00PM-7:00PM

Each class includes: 

• -A gentle warm-up
• -Sensory-based activities
• -Gross-motor skill development
• -Free-time movement where dancers can explore at their own pace
• -Activities that encourage bending, stretching, and colour recognition (such as choosing coloured floor dots)
• -Support from members of the competitive team, who help guide and assist dancers throughout the class

Cost: FREE

Due to limited class size, we ask that all participants who register can attend all weeks of the program. This event is not a transfer of care. Parents/caregivers are required to stay onsite for the duration of the classes.
