Central West : Burlington - Caregiver Paint Night

Caregivers! Come join us at Blue Dot Acres for a relaxing, caregiver only paint night. The instructor for the night, Beata, will be guiding everyone through a very relaxed and informal introduction to mixed media techniques, using materials like paint, textiles, wood and natural elements to create a simple collage.

This 90-minute session focuses on play, intuition and the process itself rather than the final results.

Beata, from Bea Bea Art Studio tries and create a mindful space for creation, reflection and calm. Each piece and workshop is an invitation to reconnect with nature, craft and with oneself.

Please note that there are bunnies all around the farm and might be in the space during our session as well.
