Join Autism Ontario and Experience Physical Activity for a fun and engaging 4 weeks of adaptive karate!
Inclusive Martial Arts engages ALL learners!!
It promotes individual growth in a positive group environment. While drastically improving fitness, body control, and self-mastery.
Participants leave every session feeling a sense a pride, accomplishment and exhilaration.
Important Details :
Cost : $20.00 for all 4 sessions

Participants will need to wear clothing they can easily move in and socks.
This is NOT a transfer of care event, and will require caregivers to remain on site for the duration of the sessions.
