Central East - Ennismore - Cooking Class (7yrs+)

Calling all young, aspiring foodies! Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking class where we’ll explore delicious ways to enjoy healthy foods.

Guided by Chef Lisa Dixon, participants will learn about the variety of canned and dried beans available at local grocery stores. Together, we’ll prepare two hearty chili recipes, a classic beef chili and a chicken + white bean chili, packed with flavour and plenty of fresh veggies to chop and enjoy.

This interactive class is hands-on and family-style, with everyone helping to cook and then sharing the meal they created together.

Registration is required. This program is for autistic individuals 7 yrs+.

Cost: $5.00/child. Once registered and paid, refunds will not be issued.

After registering, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies, so we can plan accordingly.

Parent/Caregiver supervision is required. This is not a transfer of care event. The parent/caregiver is required to remain onsite.

Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can share those tickets with other families.
