The Muskoka Heritage Place will be opening half an hour early for a Sensory Friendly Time! A family-friendly annual community event aimed to spook but not haunt. Trick-or-treat with us on the evening of October 31 each year, rain or shine!
About
-You’ll be trick or treating in a traffic-free setting
-Pioneer buildings are decorated by local businesses or people
-Themes are kept on the “not-so-scary” side as this event is geared toward the younger trick-or-treaters
-The site has rope lights to guide you as you go building to building gathering your treats
- The mayor judges the best-decorated building
- Music, magic, mystery
Parent/Caregiver supervision is required. This is not a transfer of care event. The parent/caregiver is required to remain onsite.
Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can share those tickets with other families.
