Central West – Martial Arts Program for Teens and Adults 14+ in Mississauga

This is a program for autistic teens and adults 14+. 

Join the Mississauga Academy of Martial Arts for this 6-week program where students will learn the basics of Karate, balance and coordination drills all while in an inclusive environment.   

Introducing our Karate & Self-Defense Program for Beginners – the perfect way to build confidence, improve fitness, and learn practical skills. Whether you're new to martial arts or looking to sharpen your defensive abilities, this program offers a supportive and structured environment for all skill levels.

This is a program for autistic individuals who are able to follow group instructions independently and who do not require 1:1 support (individual support is not provided). 

Location:  AMA Mississauga, 6790 Kitimat Rd, Unit 8, Mississauga, ON L5N 5M1

Date:  Mondays, May 26 to July 7, 2025 (no class June 30)

Time: 5:15 pm - 6:00 pm

Registration Fee: $20.00 (once registered, we can issue no refunds).
