Join Our Ottawa Junior STEM Program
When: Wednesday May 21^st, 28^th and June 4^th, 

Time: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Duration: 3 Weeks
Ages: 9-11 Years

Cost: $10 for the entire 8 week session

Embark on an exciting 3-session STEM Club for members ages 9-11!

In our vibrant STEM & Robotics Centre, participants will immerse themselves in hands-on experiments that ignite curiosity and fuel creativity. This program invites deeper exploration and experimentation, celebrating the joy of discovery—even when things get a little messy!

Each session will tackle a range of advanced STEM topics, from innovative engineering challenges to captivating science experiments. Members will collaborate in teams to design, build, and test their creations, pushing their critical thinking and problem-solving skills to new heights. With a focus on inquiry-based learning, young innovators will engage with real-world challenges and discover the fascinating connections between science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Week 1 – Technology and Engineering Exploration

• Welcome, club overview, Technology playground and Engineering lab tour.

Week 2 – Hands-on Engineering Challenge 

• Intro to engineering and hands-on building challenge.

Week 3 – Coding and Robotics 

• LEGO Robotics building and coding activity.
