Autism Ontario is excited to partner with Our Friends Place, and Big Spoons Little Spoons to offer an engaging 8-week cooking program! This unique experience is designed to help you develop essential cooking skills, explore new flavours, and make lasting friendships. Each week, participants will come together in a warm and welcoming environment to learn the art of cooking through hands-on experiences and shared culinary discoveries.

Program Highlights:

  • Skill Development: Each session focuses on essential cooking techniques and kitchen safety, helping you gain confidence as you prepare a variety of delicious dishes.
  • New Flavors: Expand your palate by trying exciting new ingredients and cuisines! We encourage participants to step outside their comfort zone and discover new tastes.
