Central East - Caregiver Yoga - Tune Up!

This event is intended for families in the Central East Region (Peterborough, Durham, Simcoe, York, Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland, Grey Bruce). Priority will be given to families in this region. If you register and live outside this region, your registration may be cancelled.

Registration Opens February 26 at 12:00 pm.

March into a quick but effective yoga practice with local yoga therapist Ashleigh Jeffery-Price that addresses tech neck, hands and eyes to feel more relaxed at home or the office.

To participate in this event, you will need to be able to access the ZOOM platform; a link will be emailed to all registered participants the day before the event.

Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can share those tickets with other families.
