Central East – Caregiver Yoga – Breath Work

This event is intended for families in the Central East Region (Peterborough, Durham, Simcoe, York, Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland, Grey Bruce). Priority will be given to families in this region. If you register and live outside this region, your registration will be cancelled.

We are pleased to host a breathing workshop with Ashleigh Jeffery-Price, a local Yoga Therapist who will lead you through some breathing techniques to ease stress, focus, and find calm and balance. Please join us for this workshop.

To participate in this event, you will need to be able to access the ZOOM platform; a link will be emailed to all registered participants the day before the event. 

Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can share those tickets with other families.
