Central East - Caregiver Yoga - Learn to Meditate

Join us with Ashleigh Jeffery-Price as we explore the practice of meditation and how to begin. 

Meditation does not need to be long, complicated, or confusing. 

Take some time to discover the benefits of meditation and begin a practice of your own.

To participate in this event, you will need to be able to access the ZOOM platform; a link will be emailed to all registered participants the day before the event.

This event is exclusive to families in the Central East Region (Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland, Durham, York, Simcoe, and Grey-Bruce). Registrations outside this area will not be accepted. All other registrations will be cancelled.

Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can share those tickets with other families.
