Provincial – In Person Bird Watching 101 (age 6+)
** Registration opens July 21, 2023 12pm**

Join Autism Ontario and the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority at Tommy Thompson Park for Bird Watching 101!
We will look at everything from binocular basics to species ID while exploring nature. As a stopover during migration, Tommy Thompson Park can see hundreds of species of birds this time of year.
The hike will be about 2 hours on both paved and unpaved surfaces, with stops along the way. While most of the journey is suitable for strollers, we will be making one stop on an unpaved road.
Bring your camera! We’ll make a stop at our iconic viewpoint facing Toronto’s downtown shoreline.
