West Region – Windsor - Inspiring Sounds Music Program – Adults
Music therapy is the skillful use of music and musical elements by an accredited music therapist to promote, maintain, and restore mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Music has nonverbal, creative, structural, and emotional utilities. These are used in the therapeutic relationship to facilitate contact, interaction, self-awareness, learning, self-expression, communication, and personal development.
This class is for individuals 18 plus. It will run for 7 weeks, beginning Wednesday, January 11th to Wednesday, February 22nd, from 6:30 PM -7:30 PM.
