North Region Virtual Zumba Class (Teens & Adults)
This 5-week virtual Zumba class with Michelle Lapointe is perfect for teens and adults!
Participants will benefit from this total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Time: 5:30-6:15pm
Dates: Mondays - January 31, February 7, 21, 28 and March 7, 2022
In order to participate in this event, you will need to be able to access the ZOOM platform; a link will be emailed to all registered participants the day before the event.
Please note that this event is for families in the North region only. All other registrations will be cancelled.
