WEST-Windsor- Family Arcade- Big Time Entertainment

**Registration Opens April 27th at 9:00 AM**

Join us for a private hour of play at Big Time Entertainment! We’ll have exclusive use of the entire space for one full hour, giving everyone the freedom to explore, play, and enjoy the activities at their own pace. 

This is a great opportunity to socialize, have fun, and make connections in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Come ready to play, laugh, and enjoy a great time together 

Please note there will be flashing lights and loud sounds in the arcade. This event may not be suitable for individuals with photo or audio sensitivities.  

This event is open to autistic individuals, their siblings, and caregivers. 

Maximum of 3 autistic people/sibling tickets per family.  Each child will receive one play card. Children must be present to receive their play card. 

Important Details: 

Families will check in with an Autism Ontario member on the day of the event and will receive a play card after check-in.  

Your whole family must check in at the same time. 

Play cards will be handed out between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM. After 11:00 AM, staff will no longer be on-site, and unclaimed cards will be forfeited, so please plan to arrive on time. 

Each autistic person/sibling will receive a Play card loaded with 100 credits. If your child uses all their credits and wishes to continue playing, caregivers will be responsible for purchasing additional credits.  

Participants will have exclusive access to the arcade from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. At 11:30 a.m., the venue will reopen to the public. 

Food and beverages are available for purchase while at the event and are the responsibility of the family. 

Cost: $5 per autistic person/sibling (tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable)
