Central East – Owen Sound – Caregiver Workshop: Spring Window Box

** Registration opens March 30 @ 12:00 pm**

Join Autism Ontario for a workshop where participants will learn how to plant a window box. A brief tutorial will cover essential topics such as choosing the right location, colour, considering height and trailing plants, and the importance of watering and feeding.

Participants will have the opportunity to select their preferred plants and create their own window boxes. Once planted, VanVugt Greenhouses will keep the window boxes in the greenhouse until the weather is warm enough for the plants to be moved outside.

This special place allows us to connect with other caregivers, relax, socialize, share stories and have FUN! This will be a small group with a chance to chat with other caregivers, to make friendships and support each other in your journey. Autism Ontario staff will also be present and available to chat about supports.

Please register for this event, as spaces are limited. This event is open for registration to caregivers of autistic individuals. Limit 2 caregivers per family. This is a caregiver event and not suitable for children. 

Cost: $10.00. No refunds.

Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can share those tickets with other families.
