Toronto – Autistic Adults Run Club
** Registration opens April 27th, 2026 12pm**
Join Autism Ontario at Ashbridges Bay in the beautiful Beaches neighborhood for picturesque runs along the boardwalk.
This 6-week running program is aimed at beginners who’d like to elevate their fitness in a fun, social setting. We’ll do a dynamic warmup, a gentle run with intermittent walking, and a cool down. No prior running experience needed.
Dates and time: Mondays May 25th – June 29th 6:30pm-8pm
Location: Woodbine Beach, Ashbridges Bay, Woodbine Beach Loop, Toronto, ON M4L 3W11
Parking: Green P parking lot
Cost: $5 per person. Supporters are welcome to attend for free.
Once registered and paid, refunds will not be issued.
