Central East - Aurora - Octo Claw - 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

** Registration Opens May 4 at 10:00 AM **
Come join other Autism Ontario families as we take over Octo Claw for a private event. Octo Claw is where fun, skill, and luck come together in the form of a claw machine arcade!
A limited number of tickets are available. This event is open to autistic individuals, their siblings, and caregivers.
Maximum of 3 autistic people/sibling tickets per family. Children must be present to receive their tokens. Caregivers will not receive tokens.
This program is generously funded by our partners at Charitable Gaming Community Good through charitable gaming fundraising at Bingo World and Gaming Richmond Hill. It is intended to support autistic people and their families in York Region, and those that live outside of this area may have their registration cancelled.
How does it work?
Step 1: Prepare
Each child will receive a set amount of tokens to use on the claw machines of your choosing.
Each machine has different plushies, ranging from 3 to 8 tokens per try.
Each family will receive 1 Gaschapon Coin.
Step 2: Play and have Fun
Try to get as many plushies as possible. Each plushie is worth a certain amount of points. Which can be traded later.
Step 3: Life’s Tough Choices
Choose to keep your hard-earned plushies or trade them in for a different one.
Only children will receive tokens, but Parents and Caregivers are encouraged to assist with the claw machines and partake in the fun.
Octo Claw staff will be available to help and give helpful tips. They will ensure every child has a positive experience and leaves with at least 1 plushie.
