North - Sudbury - Adult Cooking Class

**Registration opens February 13th 2026 at 12PM**

Join Autism Ontario and TLC Sudbury for an engaging cooking class for adults!

Cooking and eating on a budget can be tasty, healthy and fun, especially if you're in a group.  Based on predetermined recipes; we will discuss kitchen safety, ingredients, prepare a recipe and share the meal together. 

Menu: Breakfast

• Fruit salad
• Pancakes
• Hashbrowns

Important details:

• This event is intended for autistic adults (18+). Parents/caregivers are welcome, however, their registration is not required due to limited class size.
• All ingredients and equipment needed will be provided. Hair nets and aprons will also be available. 

This event is for Autistic adults (18+) who attend events and programs independently, without careperson support, as well as for Autistic adults (18+) who require a careperson(s) to support them. 

Autism Ontario does not provide transfer-of-care or careperson support for its programs. 

If an Autistic person requires support to attend, the careperson is expected to remain on site to provide support as needed during the event or activity.  If accommodations are needed, please inquire by emailing (organizer).
