Central East, Whitby – Adult Social Group: Playdium (autistic adults 18 yrs+)

Come out for a fun and relaxed evening with other autistic adults at Playdium! This is a great opportunity to connect, socialize, and enjoy some arcade fun in a welcoming environment.

We’ll start the night with some light bites and soft drinks before heading into the game area. Each autistic adult will receive a Play Band to enjoy gameplay in the arcade.

Please Note:

This event is for Autistic adults (18+) who attend events and programs independently, without careperson support, as well as for Autistic adults (18+) who require a careperson(s) to support them.

Autism Ontario does not provide transfer-of-care or careperson support for its programs.

If an Autistic person requires support to attend, the careperson is expected to remain on site to provide support as needed during the event or activity.  If accommodations are needed, please inquire by emailing katherine.kawadri@autismontario.com.

This is not a sensory-friendly event — the arcade can be loud and visually stimulating. 

After registering, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies, so we can plan accordingly.

Cost: $5.00/person. Once registered and paid, refunds will not be issued.

Registered adults will receive an email closer to the event date with ticket information and any updates about this event. If you have not received an email, check your spam/junk folders.

Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can share those tickets with other families.
