North - Sudbury - Move Create Shine: Wellness Program (ages 6-15)

**Registration opens April 13th 2026 at 12PM**

Autism Ontario and the Adult & Youth Enrichment Center are thrilled to offer a Move Create Shine Wellness Program for children and teens aged 6-15!

Each session combines light movement with creative expression to build confidence, independence and emotional regulation. 

Week 1: Tuesday, May 12th from 6:00PM-7:30PM
All About Me Adventure: A challenge circuit with simple movements and an “all about me” collage, focusing on identity, body awareness and confidence.  

Week 2: Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 6:00PM-7:30PM
Move & Imagine: Self-guided fitness stations and a DIY story picture, focusing on creativity, coordination and independence.

Week 3: Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 6:00PM-7:30PM
Healthy Bodies & Big Dreams: Healthy habits obstacle course and a vision board, focusing on wellness, goal-setting and body awareness.

Week 4: Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 from 6:00PM-7:30PM
Celebrate & Shine: Team fun challenge and “I Am Proud of Me” art, focusing on confidence, team work and independence.

Cost: FREE

Due to limited class size, we ask that all participants who register can attend all weeks of the program. 

Parent/Caregiver supervision is required. This is not a transfer of care event. The parent/caregiver is required to stay with their child and assist where needed.
