North - North Bay - Caregiver Yoga

**Registration opens on December 19th 2025 at 12PM**

Join Autism Ontario at Northern Flow Studio for Caregiver Yoga! This class will have a combination of gentle and restorative yoga, focused on both mind and body. 

What’s included: 

• Yoga mats and other equipment needed
• 1 hour facilitated yoga class, followed by light refreshments and social time

Please wear comfortable clothing and speak to the instructor about any accommodation you may require during the class. If you have your own yoga mat and equipment, you are welcome to bring that to the class.
