Central East, Pickering – Sensory Storytime

Join us in partnership with the Pickering Public Library for a welcoming and inclusive Sensory Story Time designed specifically with sensory sensitivities in mind. This fun and engaging program celebrates the joy of books through stories, music, movement, and interactive play.

Children are encouraged to fidget, stand, stretch, make noise, or take breaks as needed. There’s no need to sit still, we embrace every child’s unique way of experiencing story time!

Our friendly team will be on-site with helpful resources and available to answer any questions. Whether your child is new to story time or prefers a more flexible setting, this is a great opportunity to connect, learn, and have fun together.

Parent/Caregiver supervision is required. This is not a transfer of care event. The parent/caregiver is required to remain on-site.

Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we are able to share those tickets with other families.
