Central East - Vaughan - GameTime Social

** Registration opens January 19 @ 12:00 pm **
Join us for a private hour of play at GameTime Social! We’ll have exclusive use of the entire space for one full hour, giving everyone the freedom to explore, play, and enjoy the activities at their own pace.
This is a great opportunity to socialize, have fun, and make connections in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Come ready to play, laugh, and enjoy a great time together.
Please note there will be flashing lights and loud sounds in the arcade. This event may not be suitable for individuals with photo or audio sensitivities.
This event is open to autistic individuals, their siblings, and caregivers.
Maximum of 3 autistic people/sibling tickets per family.
Important Details:
Families will check in with an Autism Ontario member on the day of the event and will receive play bands after check-in.
Your whole family must check in at the same time.
Play bands will be handed out between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. After 10:00 AM, staff will no longer be on-site, and unclaimed tickets will be forfeited, so please plan to arrive on time. Each child will receive one play band. Children must be present to receive their play band.
Each autistic person/sibling will receive a Play Band loaded with 230 credits. If your child uses all their credits and wishes to continue playing, caregivers will be responsible for purchasing additional credits.
Participants will have exclusive access to the arcade from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. At 10:00 a.m., the venue will reopen to the public.
Food and beverages are available for purchase while at the event and are the responsibility of the family.
Cost: $5 per autistic person/sibling (tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable)
Once your registration is successful, you will receive an automatic confirmation. If you haven't received it, please check your "junk" or "other" box. If in doubt, contact your area administrator at centraleast@autismontario.com
Parent/Caregiver supervision is required. This is not a transfer of care event. The parent/caregiver is required to remain on-site.
Registered families will receive an email closer to the event date with any and all updates pertaining to this event. If you have not received an email, be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can share those tickets with other families.
