South – Niagara Falls – Niagara Takes Flight

**Registration opens December 23, 2025 at 10am**

Prepare for the adventure of a lifetime with the Niagara Parks and Autism Ontario! 

This brand new, fully-immersive flying theatre ride takes you to the skies for a breathtaking journey along the Niagara River corridor.

Families will soar across 56 kilometres of parkland, from the shores of Lake Ontario to edge of Lake Erie, as breathtaking landscapes unfold beneath you.

Prior to boarding, you’ll have the opportunity to explore 13,000 years of history through a captivating, media-rich pre-show spread across multiple rooms. This audiovisual experience sets the stage with powerful storytelling that blends geology, culture and time.

Please note that certain scenes—such as simulated flight, and a historical battle reenactment scene—may be intense for some younger guests.

**There are 3 pre-shows; The Ancestors Room, The Waterfall Room and The Transporter.**

Important Details:

• -Cost: $10.00 per person
• -Families must register per person, and must be registered to attend.
• -Families will be given a timeslot to attend after registering, between 10am – 10:45am.
• -Families are asked to arrive 10 minutes before their timeslot.
• -Guests must be a minimum of 100cm or 3ft 3inches tall and weigh less than 300lbs to ride.
• -The total experience is approximately 35 minutes including the pre-show area. The ride portion lasts approximately six minutes.

Children MUST be with an adult at all times.

Niagara Takes Flight is located on the second floor of the Table Rock Welcome Centre at 6650 Niagara Parkway.

Please plan travel time accordingly.

Accessibility

The Niagara Takes Flight preshow is fully accessible and the ride itself is accessible to guests who can transfer from their mobility device to a flying theatre seat. For those unable to transfer, a flattened version of the film can be viewed from the accessible room following the preshow experience. Limited seating is also available in key areas of the preshow area for guests who cannot stand during the 3–6-minute .

Families are responsible for finding their own parking, paying for their own parking and arriving on time.
