Central West – Cooking Class for Caregivers at the Loft in Kitchener

Caregivers are invited to join us for a cooking class at the Loft in Kitchener. The class will consist of an introduction, hands-on cooking instruction, and eating the meal we prepared together.  This is a chance for caregivers across the region to get together, make connections and find peer supports. 

The class theme is “Baking the Sunshine In”.  Together, we will be learning and cooking mini lemon loaves, strawberry scones, orange blossom muffins and pastel cream cheese mints.

Due to the nature of the event we cannot guarantee accommodations for dietary restrictions.  Please email centralwest@autismontario.com prior to registering.

This is a caregiver only event.
