Central East - East Gwillimbury - Cooking Class (Teens)

This event is intended for families in the York Region.

Moms and dads, you deserve a break from cooking! Let the Longo’s Loft Team show your teens how to make a family meal that they can prepare all on their own. This program will allow teens to participate in a hands-on cooking lesson, socially interact with others and build their confidence while learning to cook. We will make homemade pizza (dough from scratch), Caesar salad and cupcakes. The cooking class will consist of an introduction, cooking and eating the meal we prepared together.

Registration is required. This class is for autistic teens.

Time: 5:30 pm

Location: Longo's, 18319 Yonge St, East Gwillimbury, ON L9N 0A2

Cost: $5.00/person. Once registered and paid, refunds will not be issued.

Parent/Caregiver supervision is required. This is not a transfer of care event. The parent/caregiver is required to remain onsite.

Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can share those tickets with other families.
