Maniva is a mother of two, a new and dedicated real estate professional, a public servant, Autism awareness advocate and fitness enthusiast. She has been living in Barrie for 30 years and has more than 23 years professional experience working in York Region.
In 2018, before the age of three, Maniva’s son was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Since then, she has relied on resources and appreciated the support and funding from Autism Ontario.
As a dedicated advocate for her son, she has also committed herself to help families in Barrie and York Region who have children living on the autism spectrum. Maniva is always looking to learn more about the disorder to ensure that her son has access to the best resources available.
Maniva values being a mother and raising her two wonderful and unique children and learning more about strength, resiliency, and perseverance. She understands the challenges that families face, and the need for ongoing supports and therapy.
She is passionate about giving back to her community would like to continue that by supporting families through her real estate endeavours. Maniva will donate $200 to Autism Ontario, with every completed real estate transaction, honoring her client(s) whether it be with a buyer or a seller. In addition, Maniva will help to support families of autism with a reduced renumeration.
