Adult Supports in Niagara Region

Due to COVID 19, all face-to-face programs have been cancelled until further notice. Our Regional Adult Social Club. This group is for adults 18+ who do not require 1:1 support. Monthly events are organized with the goal of having adults with ASD meet fellow members of their community and have fun taking part in events tailored to their interests. Ce groupe est destiné aux adultes de 18 ans et plus qui n’ont pas besoin d’un soutien individuel. Family Funding Bursary

Autism Ontario South Region offers a bursary program designed to compensate persons with ASD and their families for the additional costs they incur to promote quality of life and inclusion in the Niagara Region community. Children and Youth Programs

F.A.S.T (Fun, Active, Social Team!) Club: For children and youth with ASD (Ages 5-12) Participants will be divided into teams, and each night will have a “weekly goal” to meet (i.e. waiting my turn, sharing with friends, saying thank you, etc). Launch Behavioural Health provides evidence based services for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Services include:

-Comprehensive and Focused Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), including one to one direct services, parent coaching, behaviour support, toileting, and sleep consultations
-Psychological assessment, including developmental, diagnostic, and Autism assessments
-Psychological therapy
-Speech and language therapy
-Social skills groups
-Small group early intervention services

Services are provided in person and online, as clinically appropriate. All services are supervised by a registered psychologist and/or a BCBA/BCBA-D.
