Autism Ontario - Niagara Region Chapter hosts a Charity Golf Tournament at Rolling Meadows Golf Club, (located at 12741 Montrose Road, Niagara Falls, ON) each year to directly benefit individuals and families with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

For Autism benefit our Family Funding Bursary and enable access to social and recreational opportunities to individuals with autism in the Niagara Region.
Autism Ontario - Niagara Chapter advocates for and supports families and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Niagara Region, and is committed to helping individuals with ASD. Our goal is to ensure that those with ASD enjoy a good quality of life as respected members of the community.
Over the last year, we have helped to fill in the gaps between available regional programs and families living with ASD by providing a total of seven weeks of recreational children and youth camp in three Niagara Region communities, and providing a week of adult Summer recreational camp, a first for the Chapter!
These camps and programs allow individuals with ASD the chance to enjoy social and recreational activities in an environment designed to allow them to enjoy themselves with trained staff on a 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 ratio. As you may know, ASD-specific programming can cost families thousands of dollars each year. In 2017, The Autism Ontario - Niagara Chapter's Family Funding Bursary provided financial support to 30 individuals (25 families) with ASD in our community to help alleviate the cost of attending not only our camps and programs, but social, recreational, and educational programs throughout the Niagara Region. Our goal in 2018 is to expand our Family Funding Bursary so we can support more families.
With over 5000 individuals in the Niagara Region with a diagnosis of ASD, and a national rate of 1 in 66 people diagnosed with ASD, your support will benefit a significant demographic within the Niagara Region! In 2017, we were able to raise over $14,000 to support our Family Funding Bursary and this year our goal of $18,000 was surpassed all because of the the gracious support of our sponsors and loyal golf attendees.
