Speech and language assessment and intervention services for children (preschool to high school).

We provide neurodiversity affirming diagnostic assessments of autism in young children (approximately age 8 and younger). Assessments will include diagnostic conclusions as well as recommendations for next step support services and completion of tax credit and referral forms as indicated.

We provide ongoing support, information on ASD, information on events with pickup & contactless porch delivery, assistance with filling out forms, etc.

Behavioural Consultation: A selection of 2 – 4 goals such as: Toilet Training; Food Refusal; Physical/Verbal Aggression; Self-Injurious Behaviour; Property Destruction; Disrobing; Developing Routines;
Anxiety; Self-Regulation; Elopement; Safety Skills in the Community; or School Refusal. (0.5 - 8 hours a week 1:1 with Behavioural Consultant & 1 hour a month with BCBA Clinical Supervisor).
Behaviour Therapy Team (focused or comprehensive): Any of the goals listed under Behaviour Consultant combined with the below domains at moderate to high intensity: Social Interpersonal Skills; Communication (vocal verbal and augmented/alternative communication); Cognitive Functions; School Readiness; Fine and Gross Motor Skills; Personal Responsibility; Adaptive Life Skills; Play and Leisure; Self- Regulation; Vocational Skills; and Behaviour Health Concerns. (9 - 40 hours a week 1:1 with Instructor Therapist; 10% supervision from Senior Therapist; 5% supervision from BCBA Clinical Supervisor).

ABA/IBI, verbal therapy. centre/home/community based services, school support/consulting, comprehensive social skills programs, camps, early learner/primary classroom instruction, respite, parent programming, parent coaching, counseling, monthly parent meetings and progress reports.

I partner with families and clients by providing speech and language assessment, therapy, and consultation face-to-face in a natural setting (child's home, daycare, or ABA center, etc) and/or via telepractice. I provide parent/teacher strategies to maximize communication and collaborate with other therapists/professionals as needed.
