We provide a not for profit day program for adults with high functioning special needs that is vocationally based. We offer job, social, emotional and life skills.

Community Living North Halton's Ontario Autism Program offers services under our Fee For Service and Foundational Family Services programs. Fee For Service programs include Evidence Based Behaviour Intervention and Additional Autism Services and Supports. Foundational Family Services include Clinic Days, Brief Targeted Consultation, Caregiver Workshop and Coaching Sessions, Family and Peer Mentoring and Transition Supports.

Student Links is a free mentorship program for students aged 14-21 who identify as having an intellectual disability (no documentation required). The goal of the initiative is to match students with a mentor who specializes in an area that the student has expressed interest in and wishes to explore. Currently, all mentorships are happening virtually and are customized to each student. Mentorships can include things such as job shadowing, developing hard and soft skills, networking, and exploring a diverse range of roles for their future after school. We are currently recruiting students in the Markham/York Region area, please note that there is no waitlist. Private speech, language and communication-based assessment and therapy services.

We provide play based ABA services as well as SLP, OT, Music and academic based program. We also provide education advocacy. Winter and summer camps.. summer outings field trips etc

Adult day program and we also offer camp at the day program for 12 years and older; for March break, summer and PA days. We also offer Respite in home and in the community for every age group and brokering services for passport funding

Creative and playful techniques to facilitate connection and understanding

Camp Shalom offers summer camp programs for kids and adults who have special needs. Camp Shalom is located on a beautiful 135 acre facility near Cambridge Ontario. Whether you are into the outdoors, arts, sports, swimming or making new friends, then we have a specialized program for you. Over 30 years, we have built many relationships with group homes and caregivers who rely on our camp every year to offer respite for caregivers and parents along with fun and meaningful vacations for their clients. Many of our guests have attended for over a decade and look forward to it every year.

Occupational Therapy services for a wide range of pediatric issues including autism, developmental delay, Down syndrome and acquired brain injury. Group therapies for social development, fine motor skills and gross motor skills development. Services also available for motor vehicle accidents (MVA) and other unique situations.

The Crossing Bridge provides meaningful home and community-based recreational respite, social group, life skills and behaviour support services for children and youth on the ASD spectrum.

Developing Hands Pediatric Therapy has been servicing children and families for over 12 years. We offer Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psycho-educational Assessments, Osteopathy and Counselling (Clinical Social Worker) to families and children ages 0-18 years. We offer services in-clinic in Mississauga, remotely across Ontario and in-home/schools/daycares in over 30 cities across the GTA. We are passionate about providing the highest standard of ethical, family centered care.

We provide in-clinic and in-home occupational therapy services (assessment, treatment and consultation) to address fine/gross motor and sensory needs in children from 0-16 years. We also provide QiGong Sensory Treatment, an evidence-based treatment for Autism.

Speech and language assessment and intervention services for children (preschool to high school).

We provide neurodiversity affirming diagnostic assessments of autism in young children (approximately age 8 and younger). Assessments will include diagnostic conclusions as well as recommendations for next step support services and completion of tax credit and referral forms as indicated.

We provide ongoing support, information on ASD, information on events with pickup & contactless porch delivery, assistance with filling out forms, etc.

Behavioural Consultation: A selection of 2 – 4 goals such as: Toilet Training; Food Refusal; Physical/Verbal Aggression; Self-Injurious Behaviour; Property Destruction; Disrobing; Developing Routines;
Anxiety; Self-Regulation; Elopement; Safety Skills in the Community; or School Refusal. (0.5 - 8 hours a week 1:1 with Behavioural Consultant & 1 hour a month with BCBA Clinical Supervisor).
Behaviour Therapy Team (focused or comprehensive): Any of the goals listed under Behaviour Consultant combined with the below domains at moderate to high intensity: Social Interpersonal Skills; Communication (vocal verbal and augmented/alternative communication); Cognitive Functions; School Readiness; Fine and Gross Motor Skills; Personal Responsibility; Adaptive Life Skills; Play and Leisure; Self- Regulation; Vocational Skills; and Behaviour Health Concerns. (9 - 40 hours a week 1:1 with Instructor Therapist; 10% supervision from Senior Therapist; 5% supervision from BCBA Clinical Supervisor).

ABA/IBI, verbal therapy. centre/home/community based services, school support/consulting, comprehensive social skills programs, camps, early learner/primary classroom instruction, respite, parent programming, parent coaching, counseling, monthly parent meetings and progress reports.

Répit, Camp de jour et Zoothérapie

I partner with families and clients by providing speech and language assessment, therapy, and consultation face-to-face in a natural setting (child's home, daycare, or ABA center, etc) and/or via telepractice. I provide parent/teacher strategies to maximize communication and collaborate with other therapists/professionals as needed.
