Children and Youth Programs

F.A.S.T (Fun, Active, Social Team!) Club:

The FAST Club is an inclusive social and recreational program for children ages 8-12. It is open to individuals of all abilities, with one-to-one support available as needed. Participants can discover their creative side while building their social skills with peers. Children can participate in a variety of fine and gross motor activities, sensory play and group-based activities with peers. These activities will be age-appropriate and tailored to meet the needs and interests of each participant.  Each week participants will work on a different social goal through play-based activities and social interaction and independence will be encouraged and will be built upon each week. 

STARS (Social Training & Recreation Skills) Program:

The STARS Program is an inclusive social and recreational program for teens and adults aged 13 and up. It is open to individuals of all abilities, with one-to-one support available as needed. Participants will have the opportunity to explore various activities throughout the evening, including visual arts, fitness, quiet activities and group activities. These activities will be age-appropriate and tailored to meet the needs and interests of each participant. Additionally, the program will encourage social interaction and promote independence, which will be built upon each week.

Play Pals:

Play Pals is an inclusive recreational program for children ages 5-7. It is open to individuals of all abilities, with one-to-one support available as needed. Participants can discover their creative side while interacting with peers during play-based activities. Children can participate in circle time, fine and gross motor activities, sensory play and group-based activities with peers. Turn-taking, sharing and social interaction will be encouraged during the session. 

***These programs are not transfer of care and caregivers are required to remain on-site for the duration of the program.
