At The ADHD & Asperger's/ASD Centre, we help neurodivergent people find their strengths and work around their weaknesses. One of the ways we do that is with an arsenal of services to address almost every ADHD & ASD-related issue we can think of from every angle, including diagnosis, counselling, coaching, online and in person groups, video classes, and our ADHD & ASD member's lab.

Many of our clients come to us after having had negative experiences in the medical and mental health fields with practitioners who didn't understand their issues. Because of that, all of the therapists and coaches we employ are neurodivergent themselves so that they can draw on their lived experience on top of research in the field.

Treatment based on the scientific principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is available to children/youth and their families who require individualized supports to develop new skills and/or reduce challenging behaviours. Available at varying intensities (1-30 hours per week) and durations (6-48 weeks) depending on your family’s situation and needs, this treatment can assist in improving social and communication skills, regulating emotions, and/or increasing independence. Our training and experience are highly specialized in the areas of child development, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), Intellectual Disability, Learning Disability, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other social and emotional concerns, including anxiety, mood, and trauma.
