Whether you are beginning this journey or revisiting it to explore new support options, our tools allow you to move forward, pause, or revisit any section at your own pace. This is your unique journey, and we are here to offer the resources and guidance you need, exactly when you need them.

Please note that as of July 1, 2024, to practice ABA in Ontario, Behaviour Analysts must be registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) and will be referred to as Registered Behaviour Analysts (RBAs). Individuals may use the BCBA and BCBA-D credential if they are also registered with the CPBAO.

Navigating a New Diagnosis - A Workshop for Parents and Caregivers of Autistic Children 

If you are a parent or caregiver of a child who was recently diagnosed with autism, our monthly workshop, “Navigating a New Diagnosis,” provides guidance tailored to your family’s needs.

Join us to learn about essential services and support options that may benefit you and your child. In this workshop, our team discusses how to navigate services and supports that may be helpful for your family, including: 

  • Learning more about autism  

  • Creating a supportive network 

  • Accessing services and supports 

  • Exploring recreational and social opportunities for children

  • Accessing financial support, including the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) 

This session is offered in two groups: parents of children under the age of 5 and parents of children over the age of 5. 

This section is for families both new and familiar with autism.
