Guelph-Caregiver Paint Night Out

Registration opens December 23, 2019 at 10:00AM 

This event is aimed at parents of children with ASD who would like a night out and to try something different.  It's for people who don't consider themselves artists or creative in any way.

Paint and Cocktails is a fun night of socializing and having a relaxing, creative time.  No experience is necessary! You will join other caregivers of children with ASD, and follow the step-by-step instructions of a master local artist from blank canvas to masterpiece.

Our local master artists will walk you through step-by-step instructions while everyone enjoys a cocktail and some conversation.  

Autism Ontario will supply all the supplies you will need to recreate your own masterpiece are included.  A 16” x 20” canvas, the use of a table easel, paint, paintbrushes, a Paint and Cocktais apron, and all the supplies to have you putting brush to canvas in no time.
 

Food and drink are not included, everyone just orders off the menu and pays for what they've eaten or drank.

This is a 2 hour event. The pace is pretty casual and there’s usually time for a break (for the washroom, grab an app, to refresh your drink and just walk around and admire everyone’s creation).  

Cost: 

Cost per parent/caregiver is $15.00 which includes the 2 hour guided paint class, canvas, and all materials.

This event is intended for parents and caregivers ONLY.  Childcare will not be provided.

Spaces are limited.  Pre-registration is required.

Food and Drink are not included. You may, however, order dinner and drinks from the menu during this event. 

Due to allergies and sensitivities, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, aftershave, or scented products such as hairspray or lotion.
